Denver African American Philanthropists (DAAP) is the first African American Men's giving circle in the nation's west, established May 15, 2012.  DAAP was founded by 26 African-American men looking to elevate philanthropy in communities of color in the Denver Metro area. Their vision is to stand at the forefront of giving and provide an avenue for Black men to be on the supply side of philanthropy and to elevate the stories of Black giving in communities across the country. Twenty-two members strong today, DAAP continues to strengthen local nonprofit organizations through targeted investments focused on the Four T's: time, talent, treasure and testimony.
