We're looking forward to an authentic conversation that challenges, inspires, and leaves participants with practical ways to stay engaged in their communities. Together, we'll explore:
* Black Voters in 2026: Election hopes, potential outcomes, and closing the gap between increasing voter registration and voter turnout.
* Civic Engagement: Loving our community as an action word and staying connected, regardless of where we live.
* Passing the Baton: What we are planting for the next generation - and how we make room for emerging leaders to carry the work forward.
We're looking forward to an authentic conversation that challenges, inspires, and leaves participants with practical ways to stay engaged in their communities.

Gary Chambers Jr. is a civil rights advocate, entrepreneur, and CEO of Signature Consulting Group, a firm dedicated to strategic communications, political consulting, and community impact. He is the creator of Civics for the People, an innovative approach to educate and engage citizens on how government impacts their lives. Chambers has become a national voice for truth and justice, appearing on major platforms including Morning Joe, The ReidOut with Joy Reid, Roland Martin Unfiltered, The Breakfast Club, and in Rolling Stone magazine. His advocacy in North Baton Rouge has driven more than $200 million in public and private investments, helped secure changes in policing practices, led successful school name changes removing Confederate ties, and delivered justice for families facing systemic inequities. With more than 500,000 followers across social platforms, Chambers has built a national audience by authentically informing people how to use their civic power. In 2022, he emerged as the Democratic frontrunner in Louisiana’s U.S. Senate race, where he produced some of the most talked-about political ads in America—viewed by millions nationwide. A proud Louisianan and father to his daughter, Zoey, Chambers remains committed to challenging inequities, advancing civic engagement, and ensuring that the resources of government truly serve the people.
