Courtland J. Powers-Gunnells

BRIC Board Member


Courtland J. Powers-Gunnells, an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma native, is the Director of Development for the Oklahoma Faith Network, Inc. She is passionate about supporting nonprofits to identify new methods to evolve their program development, fundraising strategy, and capacity building. Her work includes looking at nonprofit sustainability through a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Women of Color in Fundraising & Philanthropy, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She also facilitates the Fundraisers of Color virtual support group on behalf of the Executive Leadership Institute of Community Shares of Colorado. Courtland is a Langston University graduate earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Oklahoma City University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Development from Oklahoma Christian University.
