Nneka McPhee

Nneka McPhee serves as Chief Operating Officer for Americans for Ben-Gurion University, a national nonprofit that raises awareness, secures philanthropic support, and administers programs on behalf of a globally recognized, innovative university in southern Israel. In this role, she oversees internal operations and leads strategic initiatives to ensure the organization's long-term vitality and success. Nneka brings more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and resource development, with prior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at JEWISH Colorado. Born and raised in Denver, Nneka is deeply committed to community impact. She is the co-founder of Sisterhood of Philanthropists Impacting Needs (SPIN), a giving circle of African American women supporting marginalized women and girls through collective philanthropy. She currently serves as Board Chair of Colorado High School Charter, her alma mater, Treasurer and Secretary of Lincoln Hills Cares, and a board member of Jewish Family Service of Colorado. Nneka holds a BS in Marketing from Metropolitan State University and is a graduate of Leadership Denver and Chamber Connect.
