Phallon M. Treece is a mission-driven global health and humanitarian leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing health equity, community resilience, and disaster preparedness. Her expertise spans public health, global development, epidemiology, and emergency management, with a strong focus on program design, systems strengthening, and cross-sector collaboration. Phallon has led initiatives across the United States, Europe, the Caribbean, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa, supporting crisis response, long-term recovery, and sustainable systems change in complex environments. She has guided multidisciplinary teams across government, nonprofit, education, and international development sectors to deliver measurable outcomes during both emergency response and community rebuilding efforts. Known for her strategic vision and ability to translate global frameworks into community-centered solutions, Phallon centers dignity, equity, and ethical leadership in her work.
