Black Resilience in Colorado (BRIC) celebrated its fifth anniversary with an inspiring luncheon featuring actor Anthony Anderson and Denver-born filmmaker Dallas Jackson, who shared messages about manifestation, purpose, and pursuing dreams one step at a time. Moderated by BRIC founder LaDawn Sullivan, the fireside chat drew prominent community leaders and highlighted the organization’s powerful impact since its launch on Juneteenth 2020—including investing over $6 million in more than 400 Black-led and Black-serving organizations and helping secure $33 million in capacity grants. As BRIC looks to its next chapter, Sullivan reaffirmed its commitment to building lasting pathways for equity, ownership, and opportunity—BRIC by BRIC.
