Lifted by Legacy, Fueled by Vision — Highlights from the 2025 EDCI Graduation

On Friday, December 5, 2025, we gathered with graduates, families, alumni, partners, funders, and friends to celebrate the 2025 Executive Directors of Color Institute Graduation. This year’s theme, Perseverance: Lifted by Legacy, Fueled by Vision, shone through every moment.

Our Inspirational Speaker, Adrienne Mansanares, offered powerful reflections on courageous leadership, community accountability, and the importance of self-reflection and self-care in sustaining our calling. Alumni and current participants shared heartfelt testimonials that reminded us why EDCI remains so special — not just a peer-learning network, but a true family.
